Straight answers, no fitness-industry vagueness.
Do I need a gym to do online coaching? +
A gym is best because we’re building strength, but I program around the equipment you actually have. If you have access to a barbell, rack, and basic accessories, that’s ideal. Home gyms work for most clients. If you have only dumbbells, I’ll be honest about what we can and can’t do before we start.
What if I’m a complete beginner? +
You’re welcome here. We’ll start with the basics, bracing, hinge mechanics, squat patterning, scap control, and build from there. You don’t need to be "ready" before you start. That’s the coaching.
How does the nutrition coaching actually work? +
You get custom macro targets calibrated to your training and your goal. Weekly check-ins where you send data and I respond with adjustments. We talk diet phases (cutting, maintenance, reverse dieting) when they fit. No food is off-limits. The goal is a relationship with food that holds up after the program ends.
How is this different from a generic app or DIY program? +
An app gives you a workout. I give you a program, built around your history, your goals, your equipment, your schedule, and your data. Then I respond every week and adjust it. The work is the same; the coaching is the difference.
What does it cost? +
Coaching is application-based, so investment depends on the tier and your scope (online, in-person, nutrition standalone, or bundled). Pricing is shared on the free discovery call once we’ve confirmed it’s a fit. I’d rather you have the right number for your situation than guess from a pricing page.
Where are you based, and do you do in-person? +
I’m based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I take a limited roster of in-person clients at a private Scottsdale studio. Online clients work with me from anywhere in the US.
What certifications do you hold? +
I’m a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach. I’ve also competed on the NPC bikini stage, which taught me more about programming, nutrition periodization, and the mental side of training than any course did on its own.
How long does it take to see results? +
Honest answer: real change shows up in months, not weeks. Most clients see body composition changes by week 6–8 and feel meaningfully stronger by week 12. The work compounds. The reason I take application-only clients is because I want people who are ready to play the long game.
Can I do nutrition coaching without training? +
Yes, Macro Foundations is a standalone option for women who already have training handled. See the nutrition page for the full tier breakdown.
Do you coach men? +
My focus is on coaching women, that’s where my voice and programming are sharpest. For male clients I refer out to trainers whose specialty matches.
