I’m Sharon McKenna, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and competitive physique athlete. I coach women who are done guessing, done starting over, and ready to train like the athlete they already are.

I grew up in Red Bluff, California, with sport coaches who were strong, independent women. They showed me that weightlifting can be for anybody at any point in their life, and that the strength you build under a barbell rewires how you walk through everything else.
That gift became a career. Today I coach women online and in-person from Scottsdale, Arizona, building athletes who are physically and mentally strong.
